Why travellers switch
Price up front, all-in
Before you sign you see exactly what you keep and what we charge. No surprises later.
Fast in-house payout
We pay you out ourselves from our own account, with a clear status along the way — no months of silence.
A real lawyer, not a bot
Stuck? You reach a human who knows your claim.
Weather proof with METAR
Airline blaming 'the weather'? We check the official weather data and rebut the excuse.
tomoclaim vs AirHelp — the honest comparison
Both recover your EU261 compensation. The difference is price transparency, speed and whether you reach a human.

Why 'cheaper' isn't the whole story
We don't compete on the lowest fee — at 30% we're at market level. Where we win: you know up front exactly what you keep, you get paid fast, and when things get tricky you reach a human.
The biggest complaint about large claim firms isn't price, but slow payout and being unreachable. That's where we build the difference.
The weather excuse, rebutted
Airlines routinely reject claims citing 'extraordinary circumstances' — often 'the weather'. We pull the official weather data (METAR) for your departure airport. If it was calm and clear, the excuse doesn't hold and we push on.
That's exactly the kind of claim a free do-it-yourself form won't win.
Switching is simple
Enter your flight, instantly see what your claim is worth and what you keep, and sign digitally. We take it from there — including a claim that was rejected before.
Frequently asked questions
Is tomoclaim cheaper than AirHelp?
Our fee is 30% incl. VAT — market level, slightly below AirHelp (± 35%). We deliberately compete on transparency, speed and service, not the lowest price. The difference: you see exactly what you keep before you sign.
Can I switch if AirHelp is already handling my claim?
If your claim is still open and you haven't signed or received anything yet, you can often switch. If you're locked into an ongoing process, check your current provider's terms first.
What if my claim was already rejected?
That's exactly when we can help. Airlines reject by default; with METAR weather proof and, if needed, the small-claims court, we win claims that were rejected before.
How fast do I get paid?
We pay you out ourselves from our own account once the airline has paid, with a clear status along the way — no months of silence.
What does it cost if you go to court?
For court proceedings it's 30% + 15% = 45%. We show that before you sign — no surprise afterwards. If we lose, you pay nothing.
