The Disruption Index is our weekly measurement of flight disruption. Every figure comes from our own observations of departing flights; we never flatter the numbers and we publish the methodology alongside them.

Incident archive

Individual disruptions — a strike day, an air traffic control outage — will get their own page in a future release, with the same figures and the same methodology. Until then they appear in the weekly report for that week.
